In celebration of Constitution Day which falls on September 17th, the Mary K. Goode Fifth Grade had their annual field trip to the State House Monday. Middleboro Representatives Keiko Orrall and Susan Gifford as well as Senator Marc Pacheco were all on hand to meet and speak with the children. During the tour, Representative Orrall even gave the students the opportunity to sit in the seats of Representative Hall and experience the tour from a front row perspective. After that, lunch on the Commons, a tombstone search through the Granary Burial Ground and a walk past the Old State House to Faneuil Hall ended a perfect day. Our students represented Middleboro with pride and respect!
