Submitting a Service Ticket

he Middleborough Public Schools Technology department used a ticketing system called IncidentIQ. This allows the department to assign tasks to specific technicians within the district. 

All Faculty & Staff must submit any technology work request, problems or concern through IncidentIQ. Emails that are sent to technology personnel will not be addressed unless a ticket is submitted. Once you. submit a ticket it immediately sends an email to the MPS technology team to notify them of the submission. Please know that due to a high-ticket volume your issue may not be immediately resolved. 

When a request is submitted through IncidentIQ you do NOT need to follow that up with an email to the department notifying them of the issue. The issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

To log into IncidentIQ you will use the sign in with Google button and use your school credentials.

The Maintenance department will continue to use School Dude. 

When you are in SchoolDude there are two tabs. One is for IT, the other is for Maintenance.

There is a location at the bottom of the form to enter a password. This is not your login password please see the passwords below.
