Employee Accruals

Employees can view their available leave balances (vacation, sick, and personal time) through the Aspen Employee Portal.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees enrolled in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program can access their account information, submit claims, and review eligible expenses through our FSA administrator.

Payroll Information

Employee Forward (Harper's ESS)

Employees can access payroll information, direct deposit details, pay stubs, and payroll history through the Employee Forward (Harper's ESS) portal.

Please Note: Pay history beginning April 1, 2022, is available through Employee Forward.

First-Time Login

When the district transitioned to Employee Forward, employees received an email invitation from our payroll provider with instructions to create a new Employee Self-Service (ESS) account.

If you are logging in for the first time:

  • Locate the invitation email from Employee Forward.
  • Click the registration link provided in the email.
  • Follow the prompts to create your account.
  • If the link does not open, copy and paste it into your web browser's address bar.

Your Employee Forward login is separate from any previous payroll system, although you may choose to use the same username and password.
