Mr. Coutinho graduated from Middleboro High School in 1980.  After spending 2 years attending Framingham State College he joined the US Army where he spent 4 years serving his country.  After being honorably discharged from the service, he returned to college where he earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics from Bridgewater State College.  He then worked as a retail manager until he decided that a career change was in order. He decided that teaching was what he wanted to do and he jouined the faculty of Middleboro High School in the fall of 2003 and has been teaching there ever since.
