Welcome!

       Thanks for checking out my page. I am very excited to start the 2016-2017 school year. We have a brand new curriculum built around the newly adopted Next Generation Science Standards. I have many new labs and activities, as well as some returning favorites. We will be covering Earth & Space Science, Life Science, Physical Science, and even some Technology. 

        I have been teaching Science & Technology here at NMS since 2003. I LOVE my job! I get to help students discover the amazing and the incredible phenomena of the world and the universe around them! Together we will learn about stars and the formation of planets and galaxies; we will examine the awesome forces of Gravity and Electromagnetism; we will peer into the very building blocks of matter, we will discover the inner workings of the human body, and we will explore areas of cutting edge technology in fields such as manufacturing and construction!
