In January of 1998 I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts-Humanities & Social Sciences and certification in Elementary Education 1-6 from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. My first teaching experience in the Middleborough Public Schools was in the fall of 1999 as a Title One assistant in reading. After five years in the Title One reading position and earning a Master of Education I entered the classroom as a first grade teacher where I have been for the past ten years. 

When I earned my first position in 1999 my husband and I also chose this town to be our home. We currently have three children, ages 5, 8, and 12. They all attend the Middleborough Public Schools. It is my privilege to be a part of this learning community both as a parent and teacher.
