The Middleborough Public Schools Technology department used a ticketing system called SchoolDude. This allows the department to assign tasks to specific technicians within the district.
All Faculty & Staff must submit any technology work request, problems or concern through SchoolDude. Emails that are sent to technology personnel will not be addressed unless a ticket is submitted. Once you. submit a ticket it immediately sends an email to the MPS technology team to notify them of the submission. Please know that due to a high-ticket volume your issue may not be immediately resolved.
When a request is submitted through SchoolDude you do NOT need to follow that up with an email to the department notifying them of the issue. The issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
If you are new to SchoolDude and do not have an account, please email mmills@middleboro.k12.ma.us. If you do not remember your password, you can follow the prompt on the login page to reset your password.
When you are in SchoolDude there are two tabs. One is for IT, the other is for Maintenance.
There is a location at the bottom of the form to enter a password. This is not your login password please see the passwords below.
