What Hotspot Do You Have?

  • The Middleborough Public Schools is providing hotspots to families that do not have internet in their home for remote learning. Below you will find the setup instructions for these Hotspots. Please find the instructions that correspond to your Hotspot.
Verizon Jetpack

  • Using your Verizon Jetpack Hotspot

    Connecting your Device to the Internet
    1. Plug in your Verizon Jetpack to an electrical outlet.
    2. Press and hold the Power/Menu button until your Jetpack turns on.
    3. On your computer or Wi-Fi capable device that you want to connect, open the Wifi app or controls and select Ellipsis Jetpack XXXX from the list of available WiFi networks.
    4. Select Connect
    5. When prompted to connect to your Jetpack and the Internet, enter your Jetpack’s WiFi password.

Orbic Speed Hotspot

  • Using your Orbic Speed Hotspot

    Connecting your Device to the Internet
    1. Plug in your Orbic Speed Hotspot to an electrical outlet.
    2. Press and hold the Power button until it reads Welcome on the screen.
    3. On your computer or Wi-Fi capable device that you want to connect, open the Wifi app or controls and select RC400L-XX (this information is also on the label, on box) from the list of available WiFi networks.
    4. Select Connect
    5. When prompted to connect to your Hotspot and the Internet, enter your Orbic Speed’s WiFi password.
