SPACE
On our last week of school, the children voted on fun mini-units that they would like to engage in and space is a big time favorite.
We learned a bit about the planets that orbit our sun.
We discussed the Moon and what it's like on it's surface.
We set up stations where we could help each other fill our our "space liscences".
In builder's club, we made blow rockets and experiemented with the theory of action-reaction.
We created space suits and then....we went to the moon for a brief visit.
Kindergarten is a BLAST!
