Weekly Job in our Cassroom

-
In Kindergarten, we will become a community, learning and growing together.
One way to build our team, is to work together to create and maintain our classroom.
We will be assigned weekly jobs to work towards these goals.
The jobs vary in focus....for example:
the survey assistant and the estimation jar helper both help us look at the world in mathmatically ways
the weather observer, plant or animal keepers all collect scientific information
the flag helpers leads us in the morning pledge
the mystery bag helper and the librarian help us with letters, sounds and reading
and many of our other helpers work together to keep our room neat
Most of our jobs are performed within the classroom
but some also have a home component.
The following are descriptions of these jobs.
(these directions are also in the job bags themselves)
