We engage in reading throughout our day in Kindergarten.

 

 

 

        We read pictures.         We read morning message.         We read anchor charts.

 

    We read sight words.      We read CVC words.   We read repeated words in pattern books.

 

          We read math stories.    We read fiction and non-fiction books.    We read  maps.

 

We read old favorites from memory.      We read to-do lists.       We read the stories that we have written.

 

            We read emergent readers.  We read how-to books.  We read poems and songs.
